After an attic fire, this historic home was left saturated with smoke odor throughout every level. Tasked with restoring it, we took the opportunity to innovate—integrating energy retrofit strategies and healthier material upgrades wherever possible, all while working within the insurance company’s budget and its narrowly defined repair categories.
