Little Big House

The Little Big House was a collaborative effort with artistically minded clients and forward-thinking architect Brent Linden. Brent’s inspired design vision was paired with a comprehensive energy retrofit, resulting in an innovative whole-house remodel. Upgrades included extensive air sealing, a 3-inch exterior mineral wool insulation wrap, metal roof, and triple-pane windows. The home is finished with locally sourced, FSC-certified wood, reinforcing both its unique aesthetic and sustainability.
