Building a "forever home" starts with a shared vision. For this Parkdale project, JRA joined forces with Strucksured and landscape designer Ingrid Hallin to create a residence that honors its view of Mt. Hood. We spent months in the pre-construction phase, fine-tuning infrastructure and system specifications to ensure the home’s performance matched its beauty. This project showcases the best of JRA Green Building: high-performance mechanical systems and a high-efficiency envelope wrapped in a beautiful mix of metal and locally sourced wood.
