On the books for summer 2026, our team will begin construction on a net zero, FSC certified home in the nearby rural area adjacent to White Salmon, WA. Thoughtfully designed for a couple and their aging parents, the home sits within a landscape our clients are actively restoring to its naturally biodiverse state. We’re proud to partner with Cultivate of Eugene, Oregon, whose build-savvy expertise and sustainability leadership are rooted in years of work with Passive House and the Living Building Challenge projects.
Teaming up with the design team early on has been essential to our integrated approach to the project’s development. This home represents a combination of quality design mixed with multi-family pragmatism, a solid sustainability agenda, fire resilience, and self sufficiency.
